Food businesses are among the most difficult to start because there are many regulations to comply with, manufacturers to find, plus a need for liability insurance, and money to market. Your competition has very, very deep pockets and well-known , trusted brand names.
If you think other babies would love the food you make as much as yours does, why not develop a book of recipes and instructions for making baby food, and sell the book? You could start as an ebook, and if there's a big market, have it printed and distributed - or find a publisher.

You probably could not afford the product liability insurance. Babies frequently get ill. Suppose a mother noticed that her child got sick after the child ate your product. There might not be a connection, but you would have to deal with any potential claim.
If your food is that good, try selling it to a company that manufactures baby food.
You might have to talk to an attorney to find out how your recipe can be protected, like trademark or copyright.

Its a neat idea, but you might want to go with the recipe book rather than have the hassle of manufacturing and bottling in sterile conditions.
You can publish online at several sites, one is www.cafepress.com
You just write your book and upload it, and decide how much you want to charge per copy. They take care of the manufacturing and distribution - and it doesn;t cost anything to get started.
