HEY! UM...I BANK WITH REGIONS AND YESTERDAY, I NOTICED THAT MY ACOUNT BALANCE WAS NOT COVERING SOME OF MY PENDING DEBITS. I QUICKLY WENT TO THE BANK AND DEPOSITED CASH TO COVER MY TRANSACTIONS.I THOUGHT THAT SINCE THEY HAD NOT POSTED, THAT I WAS COVERED.

I BANKED WITH BANK OF AMERICA BEFORE THIS AND WITH THEM, EVEN IF YOU WENT NEGATIVE, AS LONG AS YOUR DEBITS WERE STILL PENDING THEY WOULD NOT CHARGE YOU ANY FEES. IF I MADE A DEPOSIT, IT WOULD PROCESS IT BEFORE MY DEBITS. SO WHEN MY PENDING TRANSACTIONS POSTED, I WOULD BE IN THE CLEAR.

WELL, MY TRANSACTIONS POSTED AND 6 DEBITS HIT BEFORE MY DEPOSIT WAS PROCESSED AND I NOW HAVE 200 DOLLARS IN OVERDRAFT FEES.

ANY TIPS ON HOW TO WORK WITH A CUSTOMER REPRESENTATIVE TO GET THESE FEES REMOVED?
