You can't. Let it go. It's not worth the risk to your job. you can tell him off after you are in your new job, if you still feel the need.

If not I suggest you look for another job otherwise forget about getting even. Swallow your pride and just get on with your life.

I am sure you can come up with many ways of doing this on your own. More importantly, however, is why you would want to? Where is the satisfaction at putting someone in his place anonymously? Much more fun if you tell him directly :)
