When I bought the house there were no covenants disclosed to me throughout the purchase process. I even refinanced it two years later and when I resigned all the purchase papers, again, no restrictive covenants. I received a certified letter informing me that my new shed is in violation of these covenants. Can I be forced to make the necessary changes? What legal options do I have?

I just started my frist year of high school and I started to think- what am I going to do with my career after this? I'm split between what I love to do, and what I like, but it may be kind of difficult.
I love theater, and I'd love to be an actress, but I know so few people actually make it big in that career. I'd also love to sing and everyone says I have a great singing voice, but so few make it in that career as well. Video Game desing was something I always thought would be fun...but it would be so hard....and it's supposed to be very competetive.
Anyone have any good advice on choosing a career? I love all three, but I'm afraid I woun't know what to do in time to choose what to major in in college.

I want to sell my house that I bought with a friend 6 years ago. He claims he can't or won't sell. We both pay equal amounts on the mortgage (under his name) and both names are on the deed as joint tenants. What are my options and consequences? Can I force a sale of the house against his wishes?

Sometimes when I hear people talk, they make it sound impossible. Other times I hear of guys(and women too of course) earning a comfortable living from it. Which is true?

When you go to get your working papers do you have to have a doctor sign something? I have heard he has to sign off to you working but I find that a little weird when you are working in fast food.

I have no motivation to go into work. I work in a warehouse. The pay is great, but I hate it about 50% of the time. Has anyone ever quit a higher paying job to go to a lower paying job and regretted it? Thanks for the input.
