Go to Yahoo! Finance, put in a ticker symbol and click on "Historical Prices." At the bottom of the page, go to the "Download to Spreadsheet" link. This will download the data to an Excel spreadsheet. You can then save it in Excel in the CSV (comma separated values) format.

it extremely is a CSV report. CSV stands for comma separated values. each and each container is separated via commas and each and every time the information container isn't a variety, the string is delimited via citation marks. it relatively is as much as you to call it with a .CSV suffix if it relatively is the form you decide on the report.
