I work as an admin for medium sized company. I have noticed that my boss makes a lot of comments about my appearance. I tend to wear shorter skirts, a little above the knee, with stockings (hate pantyhose) and two or 2.5 inch heels. The last three years I have gotten big raises. I feel a bit guilty about it.

I just moved into a new business location. My lease states that I must list my landlord as an additional insured. Is that easy to do? Do I just call my insurance and have them add right away or do I have to wait until it is time to renew? Also, approximately by what percentage will that cause my insurance to go up? I have already had a rate increase because I live in Louisiana (Katrina). It is still affordable but I am scared that adding on the additional insured may cause it to double, which I can't really afford.

Hello!

My name is Aleksey Pogidaev and I am a team leader of a web development
company in Moscow, capital of Russian Federation. We develop high-level
databases and provide support for Western company's web sites for
the Russian spoken market.
From time to time we also perform consulting projects for American
companies. Our accountant advised me to employ an honest and reliable
US resident to be our intermediary, because it would get us more
streamlined way to receive payments from my American clients.
That's why we ask you for your assistance in facilitating transfer
of funds to be received from our USA clients. For your work we offer
you a set percentage of the total funds transferred. Based on the past
incomes, we expect the gross payments by amount about $8,000 - $15,000
per month, which would give you about $1000 per month for you
in commissions and require about 1-3 hours of work per month with
absolutely no investment and no hassle for you. I'm sure; this will
become
a good regular source of earning for you for almost no effort.

Yours truly, President, RBC Soft LTD.

I'm looking for a work from home job, so I can spend more time with my two young children. It seems like alot of them you must pay for, to me this doesn't seems right because if you were working at the company all supplies would be free, so why if I'm working from home I have to pay for the supplies or pay to join. Does anyone know of a legit work from home job that I don't have to pay for?

I live in a condominium. The association pays for the structure insurance, but it is my understanding it only covers the exterior walls. If the place burned down, would I be responsible for the interior walls and carpet and such, or would the associations insurance pay for this? I know there are variables such as what caused the fire, so lets just say lightining struck the place. My condo insurance policy only covers my contents and liability, but doesn't mention carpet, interior walls, etc. What do I need to buy to make sure I am covered?

I received a post dated check from a tenant for rent which is already very past due. There have been repeated problems every month in getting this tenant's rent. The lease ends on Oct. 31st and I financially need to receive Sept's rent and then serve her with a letter that her lease will not be renewed and that she needs to vacate the premises by Oct. 31st. Can I get in any legal trouble if I cash that check prior to the date on the check, of course provided the bank teller processes it before the date on the check? Could I be legally held responsible for any bank fees she may incur for other checks that may bounce due to my cashing the check now?

I am an englishman, but low paid, the housing in the UK is so highly priced now that the common man can now no longer afford to "get on the ladder". I work hard and many companies are owned by foreigners and yet, as an englishman, i am not able to own my little piece of England. Is This Fair?

In the past several years, alcohol companies have marketed with Halloween themed ads in bars. Peope have responded by going to bars and drinking on Halloween. Surely some are drinking and driving. Did someone in marketing forget that children are in the dark streets on Halloween? Should there be public service announcements about this prior to Halloween? What would they say? Would they target parents of children or drinkers? What would be some good slogans?

Everytime I think of this question, The song "If the devil danced in empty pockets" pops into my head. It s a song by Joe Diffie and here's some of the words, "If the devil danced in empty pockets,
he'd have a ball in mine.
With a nine foot grand,
a ten piece band
and a twelve girl chorus line."
