Business casual likely means the kind of clothes that you see their current employees wearing. I would think that dress slacks with a blouse and jacket would work depending on the job. If it is a bank or professional office, it might call for a business suit. If I were you, I would try to visit the building and see what the other employees are wearing. You will make a good impression by hitting it just right. Go easy on the perfume, jewelry, and makeup. You don't want to look too desperate.

I have always been told no matter what the position is you are interviewing for you should always were a suit preferably navy blue or black. Navy blue and black are considered the business colors. You can never overdress for an interview. Just make sure if you choose a skirt suit the skirt is at least two inches above the knee or knee length, no shorter. You dont want to be too revealing. Everytime I have an interview I always wear a suit and have always been offered the position.

When they say "Business Casual" they mean there everyday dress code. This has nothing to do with the interview.

GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!!!!!

Business casual means no jeans or sneakers. Wear slacks, a nice blouse, and pumps. You will be just slightly above business casual, but you won't feel over dressed by any means. And, the interviewer will give you points for it. While there, gauge what the others are wearing so you know how to dress on your first day.
