Ophthalmologist. Eye doctors look at your eyes for just a few minutes, give you an RX for
glasses or eye drops, and a vision test.
Total time with a patient-less than 15 minutes.
The waiting room is always filled at mine. Everyone is polite and patients are well behaved. There are always 15-20 patients waiting every time. An ophthalmologist is considered a specialist so fees are higher and they make more money from patients and get
higher reimbursements from Blue cross/Blue Shield. My doctor is off on Fridays, fishing. What a nice job!

If i were getting into the medical field, I'd want to work with delivering babies. All of (almost) the folks are healthy and happy.

'Fun' should be determined by what you enjoy doing. Do you want patient contact? If so, do you prefer acute care, geriatrics, pediatrics, etc.
I think that unless you define what 'fun' means to you, it is difficult to tell you what you would enjoy.
