Hi,

I am going through the job interview process, and luckily I almost always pass through the first interview, but on the second interview (which is usually the final one), I keep getting rejected, resulting in a "sorry we chose the other candidate" letter.

What are some tips on passing through the second interview to successfully land a job?
Please help me getting hired.

My checking account was doubled charged for my rent check. I had 7 pending transactions that went through the next day. All 7 gave me a negative balance charge of $35 each.

I have had the double charge reversed, what is my next step to get back the $35*7 back as it was not my fault.

What are my rights and how far can I go to receive the money?

There are 4 of us...2 in the front office and 2 in the warehouse. Should we be getting paid according to importance or to avoid friction should we get paid equally since we are family? I would really like some input from people who are or have been in this situation.

My live in boyfriend is disabled and receives about 12K a year in Social Security benefits. I work and make about 35-40K per year. Currently we file our taxes as single and I claim both children and he doesn't have to pay anything. If we get married will it reduce our refund amount or increase it?

WHen your stock portfolio is crippling you, but you don't know what to sell or if it will eventually go up, or continue to plummet?

It is always easy to get INTO this game... getting out is a lot harder sometimes. It is like chosing between two children...

No one has been able to help me with VTSS yet either? Should I dump this or keep it in the hopes that after the smoke clears, someone will buy them out or merge and resurface them as a good stock again?

I was never informed about my position being eliminated. Now 3 months later the company is offering any eliminated positions severance pay. I was told I had to take another position, and I am not qualified for this position that they forced me into. Am I eligible for severance pay?

Our company have just had a website designed for us by an outsourced company however the only way to find our site in the WWW is to type the company name NIAGRI.

Should the web designers be putting meta tags etc on the site. We also don't have any keywords etc. I'm not really up on the backgrounds of websites so any help would be most appreciated.
