I think you can if it displays the Cirius symble on. I have an Electron Card and seemed to work fine in most banks in Benidorm a few years ago.

Yes I was using mine a few years ago in the Balierics, and I was getting a better exchange rate than the change shops. Even when you put on the banks handling fee.

Usually Yes. They work in Tunisia quite well as they do in all other ATM's I have taken my Visa/Electron to.

Not in all ATMs. Try a big shopping center with ATMs. Those work fine.
