I think you can if it displays the Cirius symble on. I have an Electron Card and seemed to work fine in most banks in Benidorm a few years ago.

Yes I was using mine a few years ago in the Balierics, and I was getting a better exchange rate than the change shops. Even when you put on the banks handling fee.

Not in all ATMs. Try a big shopping center with ATMs. Those work fine.
