Hi,

I am going through the job interview process, and luckily I almost always pass through the first interview, but on the second interview (which is usually the final one), I keep getting rejected, resulting in a "sorry we chose the other candidate" letter.

What are some tips on passing through the second interview to successfully land a job?
Please help me getting hired.

Thank you so much.

Send a thank you letter and later a follow up letter. A follow up letter is where you thank them, again, for the first interview. You compliment the company on something you noticed and you can also give an example of how your qualifications might help or improve the company. You close with saying something like, "I'm available for further disscussion on rather short notice..." you put your home, maybe cell, and work phone number after you sign it.

Try calling between interviews to seem very interested in the job. They will pick the person with the best experience and the one that seems most qualified for the job. If you're being called for a second interview often, then you're doing something right. Keep at it and be yourself. Good luck.
