I want to find a new (1st) home. We have been living like homeless people long enough and now that we are both working I think we are ready. But the prices around here are so high. Is there any way to buy a foreclosed home without paying to see a list? I feel like these are all scams, It says you can see foreclosed homes and then it says "to go further you must join" or something like that. I want to have access but not pay for it. You would think these banks would want to get rid of them ASAP so why charge money to get access to foreclosures? Any advise?

Like I want to know what work experience people have done in order to get into the top 20 or top 50 MBA schools.

I also would like to know what type of grades and test scores they recived or wut type of undergrad school they went too.

if you can direct me onto a good site or form where real people who have gone through the process put their input that would be great.

Thanks!

PS) I am trying to land a job in finance maybe as an analyst or in the area of investment banking. If you know how I can land such a job as a Jr. in College (ie. websites or people themsevles) I would really love the input!

I dont know if there are taxes that we should be paying that I dont know about. We have a mortgage and pay some through that but are there fees to pay to the city council or anything like that?

hi, im 17 and turning 18 in a few months. first tthing i wanna do is get a credit card so i can start building my credit history. i been researching on flipping houses and i want to start if i find the right house. what i want to know is how hard would it be for me to get a 140k loan when im 19. by 19 i might have around 20k in the bank. my mom and dad has good credit. my 10k car is in my moms name so it can be collateral. were upper middle class. if they were a cosigner would it still be hard to get it? they still have 3 years to pay off our house would that be a problem getting a loan? if it even matters my parents house is valued at 450k. so what do you guys think.

I am from Pennsylvania. My husband took a job with the federal government in Syracuse, NY. I stayed in Pennsylvania for 6 months and continued to work at my job before quitting to move to NY. I filed for Unemployment Compensation Benefits after quitting my job June 30th. The reason I filed was because I was "following my spouse." I studied some UC Benefits in my Master's program and feel I should be eligible according to my studies. Unfortunately, they denied my benefits. Am I eligible? I have continued to file claims and have begun the appeals process. I am supposed to start a new job in NY on September 7, should I continue to fight for past benefits owed?

This guy is so annoying, but I have to work across a desk from him all day. He is always complaining about clients, poking fun at me and other co-workers. He is generally just an obnoxious moron. Usually what I would do in a situation like this is just walk away and have no dealings with the person. Unfortunately that isn't an option in this case. I'm just wondering if anyone out there has any advice.

ok. Me and my wife just got approved for 200k @ 9.5% interest which is crazy. I have a discharged chapter 7 from 3 years ago. We make 87k and have 10k in debt. We do not want to get screwed, so we are looking at owner financing.

A realtor for one of the properties we have been looking at said that the owner would be willing to do a CD.

The house is listed for about 180k. I know what a contract for deed is, but can someome break it down for us? What are we to expect? How does a realtor get paid, etc?

Also, we have 401k. I know that it can be used without penalty for a conventional loan. Can it be used for a CD?

Thanks!
