I am doing a owner financing for someone and need to get their credit score. I have her permission to do so. How do I go about this?

Have your client pull their own credit report and supply it to you.

There is no way that you, as an individual, can pull someone's credit history (with or without permission). It requires that you set up an account with the credit bureau, so that they can verify that you are a legitimate business that has a legitimate need for such information. Otherwise it opens them up to potential lawsuits.

There are some places such as Datafax that will do it, but they are fairly expensive.

The easiest way would be to, have your potential buyer pull a three-in-one credit report online in your presence.

Have her permission in writing, not just verbaly then go to any credit reporting site and enter her info.
