they have listings and stuff, type in city,state, and u can adjust the controls to only find housed between 400-600.

You'd be lucky to find a 1 bedroom condo for that price, maybe a studio. Prices are outrageous.

You mean $400,000 - $600,000? You might be able to get a nice small house for that. Contact a local realtor and see what they say about it.
