I think my brother and I are going to start a business together...he and I have never really seen eye to eye, but he is really good at what he does. Is this a bad idea, we are going in 50/50 but I have the feeling I am going to be doing more work than him!!

It seems that unless you make over 100,000 a year, you can't buy a home or barely even live here. It's ludicrous, I wonder why Real Estate is so out of reach for young families.

This was filed in California giving 50 percent of my property to my daughter and son-in-law, done without my consent, done without my knowledge, was not signed by me, recorded without being notarized, recorder's office said "oops" but my responsibility to correct because it would cause a cloud on title. Son-in-law is trying to "buy me out" by giving me 1/2 of my equity. I want to sell, have ready buyer, how can I undo this fraudulent Quit Claim without their knowledge and sell with a clear title. There is a mortgage on the property, I have paid 100 percent of all costs, payments, utilities, insurance, etc.

I know this is sort of a dumb question, and I know what it means, they put all of your bills together for one monthly payment, but does it really help? or do they end up screwing you over in the end..? I have 3 credit cards way over due and I thought about doing this since my credit is shot. I'd appreciate the help, thanks!

I had my resume looked at by a career counselor. I edited it to her standards and sent it out to the places that were hiring and no callbacks. I call back in a week, give them my interest, and they don't call back.

In particular, I did land an interview with a naval museum and passed the first interview with flying colors but I had to get by the new manager coming in and I called his office once a week for a few months and he never returned my calls. The same position opened up again and I submitted a revised resume and called to let him know that I was still interested. Should I give up on the naval museum position? I don't want to because I would like to have it.

So how do I deal with these people that won't call back? Should I keep calling them again, requesting that someone look at my app./resume?

Is there such a job where I can be paid to travel the world and experience cultures, and maybe snap pictures or something? If there is, how do I go about obtaining it? If not, what are other fun, relaxing jobs that I can make a good career out of, and that have good salaries? And how do I get one of those?

My mom wants to make and market some of her recipes for chili sauce, bbq sauce, and I think there was some dressings too. She has celiac disease, and her sauces & dressings would be suitable for anyone regardless of diet. I need to know the proper channels to go through and the capital to do this. I know there's also legal things that go along with doing something like this. How does she get it started etc. Any women entrepreneurs out there please share your experiences!??! I welcome all comments! As this is a dream of hers for some time & I want to do what I can to help! Thank you in advance!
