If you are paid only commission, it means you will be getting paid a percentage of the sales you drive in. For example, say you're working on 3% commission and you close on a mortgage for $300,000. Your pay would be $9000. If you're a good sales person, this is a really good way to make money. I worked in a bank keeping track of sales and one of my sales rep easily bought in 6 figures a year on commission, others didn't do as well (average was $45k, lowest was $30k).

DOE means Depending on Experience. The company will offer $12 for the least experience & pay up to $14 for the most. Your best bet is to negotiate for the highest amount. EOE means Equal Opportunity Employer, like Kris L says in her answer.

Good luck on the job hunt & interview if you go after that job!!

Depending on experience, many employers advertise this in their ads, to entice potential employees. You get more pay depending on how many years experience you have for a particular job. Their way of rewarding experience. They can say $9.00-13.00 DOE.

Hope this helps!

Discussed on employement. In other words your pay will be most likely in that range based on your experience.
