I'm thinking of leaving after 1 week cause ppl @ work are starting to act different towards me, even the boss. They already are training someone to replace me and they are kind of brushing me off & rubbing it in as if they don't care. What do you think I should do? i really don't want to be there anymore.

I just relocated with my company to a different state with all relocation expenses paid for. I signed a contract for one year, stating that if I voluntarily resign or am terminated with cause, I am liable to pay all monies back. Do companies usually seek this money? Does anybody have experience with this? I would have to imagine that a large company wouldn't want to go through the legal aspect and expense of recouping those funds. Any thoughts?

Im young (23) and have a low salary right now but I want to start saving now. My employer offers a 401(k) with no matching. Does it make sense for me to open and begin contributing to a Roth IRA instead of enrolling in the 401(k) or will i lose money this way? I dont plan to work for this employer for more than about another year. Thank you in advance! ;)
