It's hard to obtain a loan for purchase because it's a completely unsecured personal loan and banks are not too keen on those. Next time you buy, try to buy an interest in real property such as a 1/8th interest. You'll own a peice of real property.

Try contacting a local real estate agent. They'll know everything there is to know about how to sell and to whom. A really good website to browse local real estate/real estate agents is: http://www.realestateforsaleinmissouri.com

It's really easy to navigate and is full of info about realtors with links to their personal websites, so you can do some research before you contact anyone. Hopefully that works for you. Good luck!

I had that problem. I do not think it's even possible to sell it. Make sure you do not fall for paying upfront fees. And if you do and use please file a dispute if you see no results.
