my friend has worked for that company.

it is a very lax company;
has good people there to have "fun" with;
he can come and leave anytime he wants; and
he can choose when he and if he wants to go to work;

the only downside of it is that the pay is very low.

i'd recommend you find another company if you want to further your career in customer service.
