Today the managers of our aprtment complex knocked down about 5 bee hives from my upstairs nieghbors patio. All our chidlren were playing outside, and the bees swored out children. Several of them were stung several times, and many were allergic to bees and had to go to the hospital.

The thing is, the mangers never gave us any warning. They just start breaking the nests down by hitting them with brooms, and then spraying them down with bee killer. The bee killer did not work obviously because our children got stung.

My question is, shouldnt they have warned us regarding this. I mean this could have potentially killed one of the children who were allergic to bees. I would have thought a notice should have been sent out to this block of apartments.

What do you think?

I don't have equity in my house nor a savings account. So, if a judgement was filed against me, would the loan company or collection agency give me a chance to repay deficiency in installments? I would be very willing to pay because I don't want my check garnished.

Okay, my hubby currently has a job, but he has been wanting this other job for like a year. So I had this friend who's hubby works there, so I asked her to help him get a job. So her hubby kinda pulled some strings and my hubby got an interview and got a job offer. now he is saying maybe he doesn't want the job. So, should I tell him to take it or else? It pays better and has better benefits, but suckier hours.

Ok first off I work in an office but its VERY casual - they had a keg when one executive retired, they had a huge bbq with cases and cases of beer, they go out to bars all the time, have picnics, office parties, etc. constantly.

I've been there a little over a month and everyone in my department is only a few years older than me and we are all just barely out of college or still in college.

On Friday I heard everyone talking about some "bonfire" my supervisor I guess you could call him although he's really just like the head of our small team (5 ppl). I heard every single person in the office talking about it and they had all gotten an email invite. The guy who organized it was even talking about it right in front of me (his cubicle is across from mine) and didn't ever invite me.

I don't know if this was a friend event or an office event but still, I had thought that we were at least acquantinces and other people were getting invited who I have never seen speak with him.

Also, how likely is the owner of commerical property going to be willing to let one retailer share his space (possibly sublease) with another retailer for part of the year? I would like to open a retail store, but only want to have it open a few months out of the year and don't want to have to pay for a whole year's lease.

I have to come up with a better way of sstaying on top of change orders. Right now, I keep them in biinders, but what exactly should I be keeping in there? Presently we have a copy of EVERYTHING. If we have faxed a change more than once we have a copy of every single page for each time we faxed it. Is this necessary?

Ok,
my husband has been gone for the past month on a study program. 2 weeks ago we got a letter from an attorneys office stating he owes them 4,500 for a credit card that was opened 6 years ago. It advised him to contact the office within 30 days of this letter or else they would assume this debt would be valid. i did call him up asap and told him about this, he was going to follow up soon as he got home which would be this week. Now on friday he recived a court summons from our county to apprear in court on sept 25. and it calimed now 8k. has any one been through this.. my husband will be gone out of the county during that time.
