I have a Computer Information System and Operations Management degrees, but I don't want to work on weekends nor more than 40 hours per week.

WOW thats a really good degree. Do you live in Los Angeles or willing to relocate? If so my company is hiring some positions similar to that. It's a great company let me know.

You might look in the front office of a manufacturing plant. My father worked for such a company in a position for which your degree would be appropriate. The company work week was 4 10 hour days, Monday-Thursday, with optional hours available on Friday.
