the street and don't have any license ( i do have mine). I already try to contact code inforcement but they said that they been trying for 5 years but they can't do anything. i really need help . code enforcement said to contact my city concil but I don't know how to do that.

I am looking forward to buying a house in a few years (likely 3) and have started saving for it. I have enough saved to pay off the remainder of my auto loan, but I am concerned that doing so might have a negative impact on my credit score (which in turn would impact my ability to qualify for mortages in the future). The interest rate of my savings account is almost equal to the interest rate of my car loan. Does it just make more sense to pay over time?

I have a bad problem. First, i receive a good amount of money, promise myself to save it and only spend a certain amount, then head off to the mall and spend everything!! sometimes im sucessful in saving at least half, but when i get bored i blow my money on little things just to buy something. how can i stop this wasteful pattern?

i applied jobs at like london drugs, and home depot, places like that because they had openings
the only way to apply is through internet
i've applied for the openings and they didn't contact me, but it has been a few months and they still have these openings (and they update their openings every month)
and i've applied like twice already..
i believe i'm well qualified for those jobs and why is it they can't find employees but they won't even contact me for an interview?

I have been working for my employer for almost 6 years now and recently found out someone is getting £3 per hour more than me! yet im the one who solves computer problems and fixes things in work so i have now found a new job, less hours more money and better conditions. One prob i have too is if i hand my 4 weeks notice in this week i will be working for 2 weeks and on hols for 2 weeks and starting new job on 26th sept, this i feel bad about as i would give 4 weeks notice but only work 2, if you know what i mean!

Please help me word this letter properly!

I have a very old debt that the last payment made was 7/22/02. The statute of limitations to file suit to collect is 4 years where I live. But, is it 4 years from the last payment made (7/22/02), or 4 years from the first MISSED payment (8/22/02)?

My boss is a walking *****. I work in a dental office.. it's just her (the dentist) and me (the receptionist/insurance biller).

She's unreasonable and extremely difficult to work for.. so after a year, I've decided to quit.

I'm giving her my 2 weeks notice tomorrow. It will be an oral notice as she probably won't read anything I had to her, she never does.

She told me on Friday that she really didn't need me anymore.. she could just have all her calls into the office go straight to voicemail and then call people back late at night when she's finished working.

Blah blah blah, point is.. I don't want to be tacky about it.. At the same time, I know she's going to ask exactly why I'm leaving and those type of questions.

How can I go about this so that it's POSSIBLE that she at least gives me an "okay" reference?

Me and my fiance are trying to get on our feet and start fresh in a new town. We have both been at our jobs for about 2 months. Our credit is shot our credit scores are 549-552, with quite a few collections. We need to find a rental in less then two weeks (our house sitting job ends). We do have a co-signer but have yet to find a rental. We also have the money for the deposit and rent. We just need a chance. Any suggestions???
