I am wondering if a house sells in Phoenix, Arizona, how long is the typical escrow? Who/what decides how long that escrow is? Does commercial property have a longer escrow? Thank you for any help you can give me.

i take care of my mother 87years old Im an xdrug offender my mother needs me she dont want anyone taking care of her but me.we just brought a house in victorville are other house in whittier it is now a sober living home got 10 beds in it.were not doin so good on morgage I have to get job to make this all work or mom will loose everything what should i do?even if im suppose to turn my self in .Can prison term get house arrest??please i can leave my mom i have to help her she cant do anything any more.if i go to prison she will be died in one month she is already going though depression i cant let this happen please someone no what to do????? its though Downey court any judges out there please some one i cant do this

I wanted to get a checking account because I moved for medical school. I know these banks advertise free checking, but are there hidden fees? I'm getting some checks in the mail, and instead of having it sent to my bank at home, I want to know if I could just create a checking account at one of these places and deposit my checks there without any fees. Also, what's the minimum I must have in my account. Any other information would be greatly appreciated!

She has a monthly interest that pays her rent, food, etc. so she doesn't need any money.

She has a luxury car, and she spends plenty of $$ on designer clothes but she is not super rich.

We used to work together but she has recently quit. She is having trouble finding a job she wants to do (I guess she thinks why put up w/ **** from boss, etc. if you don't have to).

She's a really nice girl & does charity work often. Also, she has a BA in history but I don't think she is into that anymore.

If I was in her position I'd quit my job too, but I don't know what I would do. Travel, shop, give to charity I guess.

What would you do?

So I am a regular user of Wheresgeorge.com It's fascinating you get to see where you money ends up. Please check it out if you get a chance or if you find a where's george bill.

Anyway Over half of my bills have an L which is from the San Francisco mint. Does the San Francisco mint produce more bills than the others, or is it that just because I'm in Oregon I get mostly San Francisco Bills. Do the rest of you find that a majority of your bills (Where's george users I mean) come from the same mint.

I am a Singapore have maybank singapore hari raya card.It is issued in 2004 to celebrate hari raya.It is a prepaid card and needs to be top up via maybank cash deposit machine then it can be used. I want to know if I can change the signature on my card to a more difficult one buy adding more strokes to it,and my card only have the numbers don't have my name and the numbers are already on the card.It is not like credit cards which has the number engraved on it.My maybankard number is printed on it and does not have my name.do you think if merchants can accept it ? And how does they verified with the bank to see if its really mine ?

she was living in california and drawing welfare with 3 kids then moved to oklahoma when the tids were to old for her to get any more welfare. so she worked at walmart to pay for her gambleing habit then she quit and started going to school again and with the grant money she went to the casino there went 2,000 down the drain she barly had the money left to buy her books then she had to buy used books then she got kicked out of her apt. but not before all the utilitys got turned off so now shes living with her friend in a dumpster somwhere with nothing to eat and no bath.(they always think they can pay there bills with there winnings ) dont they??
