Go to your local branch to find out if they can connect you with an advisor to assist you to get your accounts in order. They may be able to assist you internally or refer you to a trusted company.

Personally, I work for a bank. Unfortunately, to be honest, most bank will not prefer to reconcile your checking account as it should be client's own responsiblity to handle it. If you say you don;t have time, well you should be able to handle it online. If you can no prove it is bank's fault, banks mostly will not listen to you.

First, bankers are busy opening accounts and doing ither routine stuff. It cost them if they just sit there reconcile your account date by date. Honestly, I will not do it.

Second, bank will most likely don;t like to do business with you as you are on Chexsystem. It cost bank to maintain your account (not even talking about making revenue from your checking acct..) Sorry, I don't want to be rude. But as a banker who have worked for several large banks, most of them will turn you away. Just want to give you this expectation.

Instead talking to bank, you should find some bankruptcy serviing company. It will help you to lower your debts and back to track ..mostly help to prevent you from bankruptcy or go further worst.

Good luck there!
