I've begun buying products from companies that do not test on animals. However a lot of them are SO much more expensive than the products I was used to buying! I can't afford $12 shampoos, $5 tubes of toothpaste and $8 boxes of detergent! Why are products that do not test on animals so much more expensive than the rest? Does anyone have any good suggestions for good brands/companies that do not test on animals, but their products are reasonably priced? Thanks! :)

I've lost my job and can't afford the house payments. I need to know what my options are. It's a small community and selling the house may take a long time.

We all know no one complaints to have too much money, but what is the min amount of money to retire? The money is good enough for a typical lifestyle in a morden city. At least with own house, cars, travel twice every year, dining movie every weekend....

I feel that by doing this I am able to cower them into an emotional corner and not have to deal with their irrational chatter.

WHo else uses techniques like this to streamline an operation when women might undermine efficiency and productivity.

I'm considering purchasing land in Deming, New Mexico; I eventually plan to build a home there, If things work out...I've found out that half acres are going for a little over two thousand dollars apiece... Can anyone tell me about the surrounding area, and what things I should look into when securing land for residential purposes?

Ok so I've read many comments saying not to use these services
because they mess up your credit (mine is already a mess!!) , then some people say they have helped them to regain control of their credit. I am unsure of what to do--whats the verdict on this--I would like to hear from some people that have used the services of CCCS or some other agency, also would like to hear from people who have fixed their credit on their own. Please help--I need to get my credit in order.

I need to find a way to get out of my house, I don't feel safe here anymore, two break-ins in a few months. the last one just happened. Even with an alarm they came in the house and took a bunch of stuff, while me and my girlfriend where in the house. I bought this house (my first house) 1 1/2 years ago, my credit wasn't prefect(alot of college debt and some ccard debt), so got in at a high interst rate, but thats not the problem. I have always paid all my bills ontime for awhile, have pretty good credit score(660+) and need to find a way to get out of mortgages.

I am a sophomore in college and i am interested in being a real estate agent. My major is construction management, and i will graduate with this degree program. I can wait till after college, but I would actually love to try to become an agent soon, so i can pay my way through college. What i need to know is:

Do you NEED to already have a degree?

And what are the educational requirements? I have read that it is like 160 hrs.. Thats about 6 college classes, correct?

I just need to know what i need to do to get started. Thanks!!!!

I am a RN and am interested in working in a part time career from home. I am not interested in selling stuff. And was looking at something more health related since I am familiar with this field. I found lots of information about medical transcriptionist working from home and was wondering if anyone knew any info about how hard the transition would be to work at home in this field from a RN to a medical transcriptionist. I have sent a couple e-mails to the businesses, but was just curious to hear other opinions.

Hoping some of you that know more about real estate then I do can give me an idea what is going on, with this:

The situation is: In the newspaper, there is a company that sold two houses tonight at auction. I attended one, the house appraised for $550k, I walked through it and that seems about right, approx. 6k square feet, nice details, needs a little work. The auction was at the home bidding started at $311k. The guy that won the auction won it at 380k. I wasn't willing to bid because I don't know these guys, and how this company is pulling this off. I talked to another guy he said the house was up on the market for $500, sold for 460k a month or so ago. So how does this company buy houses then lose on the auction. The catch you have to finance with them (seller carry) for at least 5 years. The interest rates where 20k down, 14%, if you put down 100k you receive 6%, fixed on the balance for 30 years fixed. Am I missing something. Please ask questions? Thoughts?
