We have to look through to the net, and our agency is in need of western qualified nurses, doctors and allied healths. We have already done the ads through newspaper, website. and now, we are in the process of looking for websites which we could find such.

Make an advertisement in the newspapers , and you will receive hundreds of applicants.

First I would be alot more specific about which Gulf contries you are speaking of. There is a huge difference between Saudi Arabia and Mexico (both are on "gulfs").

If you have a company and need qualified staff, you must have great incentives and pay to attract medical personell from the US. These people are already in great demand and can pretty much afford to be very picky about where they want to work, for whom and how much.

When you are speaking of working in foriegn countries, very few young professional medical personell are willing to risk their lives no matter how much money ou put on the table.

There is grave concern about the ability of countries taking care of the volumes of med staff during a pandemic outbreak. Most of our medical people will be staying very close to home.

In the interest of being fair, try checking with colleges that have graduating classes and recruit the students directly from those graduating classes. Next I would suggest scholarships to those wanting to pursue medicine. If you can't find them, you might as well start training them.
