WHo else uses techniques like this to streamline an operation when women might undermine efficiency and productivity.

I can walk past a woman on the street and make direct eye contact with her and she will look down at the ground.

A very aggressive kind of woman wants to start implementing all of these bureaucratic ideas that she thinks are great because they allow her or whoever to extend her control over an operation. They also give her a standard by which to start b*tching at somebody when they make a mistake.

I like to let things run in a smooth relaxed way and not get to worried if someone makes a mistake. I also like to let people around me and under me manage their situation with their own judgment.

I don't think you people realize that I am not exactly joking.

A pleasant mannered woman won't be like this.

No, actually, if you were to do that to me, it would be considered harassment and sex discrimination, and I would have YOU fired.

I also read something I would like to point out. You said:

and then you turn around and say:

These are red flags of power and aggression issues. It is also intimidation.

And yes, you CAN be fired over this due to Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 for sex discrimination and sexual harassment (yes, this is what this is), and I could file a complaint with the EEOC for the sexual harassment, which would mean that I could take you to court. And I would win.

I seriously suggest that you be careful of what you do and say. One of your employees might just do what I would.

wait , what women do you tell this to , women you date , work with , or just any woman ? if its the first and last 2 then that's pretty pathetic actually , there is no efficiency or productivity in company , which is all a girlfriend is , heck even a friend. if its women you work with you should still be courteous enough not to say it and just ask them nicely to stick to the task at hand.
