hi,

please can u tell me y even the keywords are getting disapproved by the google. I know that the adcopies will get disapproved by the google, if v r not following the rules and regulations of google... but the thing is that the keywords which were performing excellent got disapproved by the google.. So please can anyone explain the reason y google is disapproving the keywords along with the adcopies in PPC Marketing.

I am buying a property which is worth Rs. 230,000. I am making a downpayment of Rs. 50,000. The interest rate is 13% p.a. and the period of instalments is 5 years.

Can anyone give me a formula how to calculate

1. Total amount of interest i would be paying in 5 years.
2. The formula how to calculate interest amount.
3. EMI's i would be paying for the next 5 years.

At my job we have a double standard, there is this one girl who can waltz in 2-4 hours late, talk all day on her cell phone to her boyfriend, not get very much work done, flirt with all male customers on the phone for 45 min. after asking a work related question for 2 min of the conversation, but if I or one of my other co-workers did this my boss would get really mad and be all over us. Do you have a bosses pet who gets away with was too much and you cant?

I'm thinking of starting a side consulting business (sole proprietorship) providing the following services:
- computer repairs
- computer recommendations (systems, accessories, solutions)
- other technical consulting services beyond computers--electronics (a/v systems, home theater)

My initials are R.S., in case that helps with a personalized name.

Some of my ideas were:

In the type of work that I do, I often find myself getting really irritated easily, and finding faults with things that I normally haven't had a problem with. I am now thinking that it is time for a career change because I am finding that my job is becoming monotonous and tedious. I am a little afraid to step out and and take the risk ofquitting
my job, and getting into a new career, but at the same time, I am miserable in my current occupation. Any advice would be welcomed. Thanks.

Most of the people who are renting homes or rooms are asking for a lease of 3-months, 6-months or 12-months. But I need a place to stay for just one month, for which I am willing to pay the full rent for that month. Nobody is agreeing to rent the house to me, because I am going to move out after next month.

How can I convince them? Or, am I looking a the wrong place & wrong people?

I got a part time job in a grocery store, a week ago, and I
was off 2 days and was called for another job, went today,
it was in a Doctor's office making appointments, general office stuff. To be honest the Doctor's office is quite boring, the other job is more physically demanding. The bad thing is they both pay $5.15 an hour. I am suppose to go to the grocery store tommrow but I don't know which to choose. The Doctors office has benefits after 90 days, which on minumim wage that isn't affordable. I know most people would say the boring job, but seriously I am in my 40's and jobs aren't that easy to find, any opinions would be helpful.

I have listened to almost all of Robert Kiyosaki audio books. And I learned alot from him. But I would love to have a mentor or someone I can turn to for advice. I don't really live in a area where theres many financially successful people. If you are in real estate, business, or stock market and have some free time to provide me advice or instant mesenger. So I'm looking through a job application and I see the references section. Then I start wondering what's the point of having it if there's the employment section. It asks for occupational references or personal ones. It seems pretty weird to me to put your employer or supervisor in the references section when they are already in another part of the application.

So I'm wondering, what are occupational references? I'm assuming it involves something work-related, but it seems...weird. And btw, are teachers considered to be personal references?
