Wow, who are you trying to get to help us out, the Wahlbergs? Ben Affleck? Don't count on Matt Damon :( These people never stick around, and if they do, they don't seem to do much. Try to contact them through their website, although I looked and couldn't find much info...maybe try contacting the Globe or the Herald, they must have some contact info. Tell them what you're trying to do and see if they will help you out.

see if you can find which celebrities originally came from the Boston area ... should be easy with a web search.
Find out their agent - again, the internet is your friend.
When you contact the agent, see if you can make a connection between the celebrity and your cause in Dorchester - that is, why should the celebrity care about your cause, what is your organization's mission, what are you hoping to achieve, how can you 'help' the celebrity (for example, positive publicity, etc.) Be prepared to really sell your case.
