I went in for my 2nd interview and I was told that I can be hired as a Team Manager on salary. I'd have to work 50 hours/wk and the job would be cake. The interviewer said I'd basically sit at a computer and baby sit the workers.

Background info: I'm a full time student a year away from a Business Mgt degree. I worked in call center doing collections for about 2 years, where I was basically the only person they considered a collector.

Flying to Switzerland is not an option to open the account. But it will be an option later for future transactions.

I don't want to dress too professional and don't wanna dress to casual. I don't want my toes to be showing and I don't want a high heel shoe.(I don't know the exact place i'll be going so I don't want to have aching feet). I like skirts and capris but what shoes do I wear to make me look decent and prepared to work for this company. The job is box office representative at a local arena.

when i track my package it says its on the truck for delivery. i have seen many fedex trucks drive by my house and one went into my neighbors house. yes i know it could be on a separate truck, but just incase they delivered it to my neighbor (who i would not call and accuse of taking it) would the tracking thing show it had been delivered?
and by the way, is this in the right category? i wasnt sure where top put a fedex question.

I may have the opportunity to take a job doing exactly what I do now, with a 25000 a year increase and benefits. The company I work for now is attempting to obtain health insurance for it's employees. In August I will have my review where I could possibly get a raise. My question is if I am offered the other job, where I will already have insurance rather than wait until September or October, and get a guaranteed raise, should I just resign, or should I offer my current company the opportunity to counter thier offer? If I do ask for a counter, if they refuse I would leave.

Hi, I am getting ready to start an online business and I hope to eventually open a brick & mortar store.. when getting a business license in Texas do I need to have 2 different ones? One for a dot.com business and one for an actual storefront. They will have the same name.. just like blockbuster or walmart for instance. Also, does anyone have any advice opening business with spouse? The business will basically be mine, it is geared toward women, but since we are married is it better to do a sole prop., a limited partnership, general partner. I'm not sure taxwise. Thanks!
