Having just gone through a corporate resizing, if you expect to make over 6 figures, recruiters help about 10% of the time. Your best bet is to network, network, network. The Marketing Ladders is good and will give you entree to resources. You can also post your resume at the AMA website (marktetingpower.com). Be careful, the web is full of scams and empty promises. Monster is a waste of time, unless you like spam....Good luck in your search!

probably manpower or the ladders.com. ladders will only help you if you've made a 6 figure salary before. if you haven't look to manpower. pretty much all recruiters will have some positions like that available. just depends on how much you're looking to make. besides, if you're looking for a manager position like this, you probably don't want to do it through a recruiter. you should be able to look on monster and find a bunch there.
