she is like 67 and our family will probably be putting her into a nursing home soon anyway so she wont need it. its a nice house in a good neighborhood and should get a good price. with that money i will be able to quit working for awhile and relax.

You can auction all her belongings and the house in one shot. Then move her into the nursing home and make her think she is senile for not remembering.

No No No..Your short on cash.I hope you are no were near her inheritance.Grow up and Get a Job Get a life!! And everyone else who agreed to sell.This is Totally Against the Law!You this is so sad that people really do this to there family it's so Evil.
There was a house in foreclosure the son was suppose to pay for his dad through his Social Security.The mortgage was never paid,son packed the money and the father had Altimerzs had no clue that the bank was going to put him out in a few days.What has this world has come to.When your own kids do this to you.

What on earth is she doing taking a vacation at 67 anyway? Her best years are WAAAY behind her!! She's spending your inheritance having a good time that she won't even be around to remember in a few years.

I think you should do her a favor and sell her house. She may not appreciate the gesture, but after she's gone, you won't have to listen to her whine about it.

If it belongs to your grandmother, you probably want to ask her before seeling the place that she lives in. Renting it is a good idea until you can get in contact with her.

I think you should throw a huge party right before the new homeowners move in. That way, they'll be responsible for cleaning it up. And by the way- my kids wanna come too. They said they'll bring their homemade grain alcohol and stripper babysitters.

no you need to ask her about selling it cuz after all it is her house....then when yall put her in a nursing home(i dont approve of) ask her will it be ok if you sell her house.

You better consult her first because its her house and not yours.. how would you feel like if someone sold your house without telling you?
