If I found a place where you could hold up to 300 people,
how much do you think that I could make?

Unfortunately... any guess... without the necessary facts would be so much in error... that you may as well not guess.

First... would you sell alcohol?
Second... location, Location LOCATION, would you be able to draw 300 people?
Third... are there seasonal factors
Forth... What its that cost of ownership, rent/mortgage
Fifth... cost heating/air conditioning lighting it...
Sixth... Entertainment? and associated fees?
Seventh.... insurance... you would NOT BELIEVE the cost of insurance... and you can't run without it.
Eight... how close to competitors
Ninth.... Sufficient Parking? Can you get people to stay
Tenth.... Fire codes.... You think it will support 300 people? great but what does the FIRE MARSHAL say... he may say 150 or 75.

Now factor all that...

Figure you can probably not ask more than 10 Bucks a head...
And you actually may have a LOSING proposition.

Did you think about any of these things?

uhh...lemme think... if you have good music, food, entertainment, drinks, etc., about maybe 1000 and up...but you have to maintain your business wisely... but you should maybe even make a club for kids 10-13 and you would be rich in Grand Rapids, MI!!!
