Windturbines and windfarms are established here without consent of neighbours. My question; when installed, are there extra monetary burdens for the neighbours of these windturbines ? I'm not talking about noise, lights, ice or blade throw but of extra money that the neighbour gets saddled with. Thank you.

I read in Seventeen's June 2005 (last year) issue [covergirl: Hilary Duff] in a summer job section that if you want to be a jewlery maker and make bracelets, necklaces, etc., you can sell them in local salons and boutiques. My only question is that do I just go inside a local boutique or salon and ask an employee, manager, or owner, "Hi my name is this, can I please sell my jewelry here for this much and this local salon/boutique recieves this much of the profits?"

*Please give me all the details you can! Thank you!

I need only 20k to start and can be profitable within a couple of months. With pre-placed orders it can be profitable within 1 month. And I am not able to borrow from friends or family. The only people I know with enough money are my grandparents and everyone in my family has "borrowed" money from them and I know of no one who has repaid them.
I have now had 5 potential investors tell me my BP sounds too good to be true. I have dropped sales estimates by 70% to only 10 units a month and when I placed limited coverage trial ads on places like Craigslist, I got way more than 10 leads. Also that was in only a few cities.
It also does not help that it is a low amount, and in the automotive sector. The last potential investor was actually an investment finder. His investors want investments that start at 5m.

What do I do ? I have even tried to offer 50% of the profits for the first two years as repayment, making the investor millions, instead of a few thousand.

I am a US homeowner. Instead of refinancing, I wanted to explore the possibility of a reverse mortgage. All I have seen so far is that this is only good for homeowners aged 62 or more. Is there a company that provides reverse mortgages for those younger than 62?

I have done freelance writing for 26 years, mostly non fiction. In browsing articles and such about ways to earn additional $$ several things keep coming up. Advertorials, fliers, brochures. Those I can do. There's also (usually with "take this course for $500") promises of great wealth in writing business letters...the ones like "I needed a new kitchen so in a few hours earned the money for it writing a business letter". I'm sure that exists but not for most and not without an 'in'. So I'm wondering - for the average business owner - do you use writers? For what kind of projects? What kind of business do you have - and/or what kind of business would be most likely to use outside help? I'm looking at options with another goal long term - but want to be realistic too. I haven't found such "opportunities" and am not sure if I'm looking for unicorns or if I just haven't found them yet. Feedback and suggestions appreciated!!

The people that live below me have just moved in about a week ago. They are always on their balcony talking real loud late at night, past 11 and if they are inside they are either listening to thie radio very loud, or watching movies very loud. I don't mind some noise but it gets to be too much when I have an 8 month old who has woken up because of it and I have to turn my own television up to hear. I have spoken to my property manager on many occasions, some had to do with one set of neighbors in the past. They would be on their balcony partying at 4am. Finally, they have quieted down. I have called the cops but the neighbors just lie to them. It is unfortunate because other than the noise problems, this is a really nice place and I would rather not move. What is considered excessive noise in Massachusetts and what can I do when the property manager does not cooperate?
