Have you stopped to think that maybe sometimes people with a lot of education and not much of a job could be competing for that same job? Who would choose as an employer?
If anybody and everybody can do the job--why should they hire you? Why should they keep you on? If you don't jump when they say jump there is somebody else waiting in line for that job. Your education makes you unique to your employer: You were hard to find, there is not many to choose from, and you are necessary to get the job done. Your employer treats you well and pays you well: You are king.
You can spend and reduce a lifetime in trying to an easy route. It is easier to get the best education you can than find than find a job without one. With better education you get higher up in the selection process and there is less competition.
Because people in general want to believe that there is such a thing as the easy route, a lot of people get fat off other people's hope. You might come to think that they have found the easy route "getting fat from others hope for a better life," but the price was their integrity. Everything has its price. In choosing your education, you chose your price.

There are probably more people who would like to live well for little work than there are such jobs. However, that doesn't mean you can't get a job with a decent balance of work and pay without getting an advanced degree. If you are smart and good with your hands, you could learn to fix computers or set up networks. This may not be "easy," but it's a lot better than digging ditches and there seems to be demand for people with these skills. Look for Microsoft or Cisco certification.

there are lots of jobs in Media that pay way more than people are worth, but other than that its gotta be banking. The trick is getting into the right situation. With all the money swirling around, you get more opportunities to keep some for yourself. See, lots of industries just don't have the resources to pay people loads. If you want cash, then you go where the money is. Simple. Good luck!

The salary/remuneration for a particular job is the market value for a
particular profession and
designation at the city/town where the office is located. Job postings
at websites like Monster,
Yahoo HotJobs and Careerbuilder carry information about salaries. The
Govt Dept of Labor,
(www.bls.gov) Bureau of statistics has information about median
salaries for different professions
and details of additional compensation offered. Other online resources
are salary.com and payscale.
Your salary will also depend on your educational qualification and how
you handle your career.

There are no easy jobs that's way they call it work. College helps the more you learn the more you earn. But you have to pick a job that suits you. Making ALOT of money is great but if you hate your job whats the point?

There are no REAL jobs like this. They do exist for the well connected, but for all practical purposes, they don't exist for the average Joe looking for employment. If you want a good job, you have to have the right education, and work hard to achieve financial status.Even if you got the brains, but lack the drive, you will NOT make it.

You sound like my daughter. "I want your job, you hardly work at all." And she's right, but I spent 17 years of my life working to get that job. There is no easy way to get paid a lot of money, even if you have your own successful business. You still have to work and toil to build that business.

I am a registered nurse, and this job is not easy!!!
It is a tremendous amount of responsibility. Whoever said that is crazy. You work your rear end off, holidays, weekends, nites, evenings and every other day and get griped at by your own family for having to work, by the physicians, who expect you to do their work for them and by family members who not all, but many of them look at you like their maid. I clean up vomit, poop, body waste and stick my hands in wounds big enough to lose my whole hand in. I smell every rotten decubitus ulcer. I clean them and bandage them and do it again before I leave. Rewarding yes! Easy NO!
