Windturbines and windfarms are established here without consent of neighbours. My question; when installed, are there extra monetary burdens for the neighbours of these windturbines ? I'm not talking about noise, lights, ice or blade throw but of extra money that the neighbour gets saddled with. Thank you.

yes, these are now considered Catastophe areas because of the Terrorism Risk involved with them.

No, but they do drive property values down.
