is the proactiv face cleanser worth the monkey, because ive heard its good, but i want to make sure im not going to waste my money on another face cleaner that doesnt help your skin at all.

hello i hate having my hair this way they are seperated because my hair pores are far apart and so i shave(my legs) and after it grow even ugly because they grow pointing up and that is discosting and i envy my friend because they shave and it looks good i dont know what to do also the hair in my head, it grows stright can anyone help meee!!!???

i wash my face with neutrogena extra gentle cleanser. I pat my face dry with a towel. i look in the mirror and my face doesn't have a shine to it. when i look up though and turn my face from side to side, i can see a shine? does anyone know why this is?

everyday i get this red or pink splotchy patches all over my chest (above my boob s) and it just comes randomly... even if im calm, just sitting there or sumthing. it not because its too hot or too cold and it also jsut comes randomly. its kinda embarassing and im just wondering if anyone knows what this might be? no bullshit please = ] they dont itch and there not bumpy... its just happend if im justy sittin gon the couch watching tv or sumthing! it wierd... does anyone kno what i shud do

Pretty much all the time, espeically after I shave, my legs have all sorts of little red marks (probably at each hair follicle). How do I get these to go away? I want to wear shorts but I hate to because my legs look polka dotted.

I'm 5 4', and about 53 kilos. I find that when I work out for at least 20 minutes, eat almost whatever I want moderately, and sleep for atleast 10 hours, I wake up in the morning considerably thinner. Now that school's started up again, I'm hardly getting 6 hours of sleep and finding it much harder to lose weight...what's the deal? Plus, why is it that I can gain around 3 kilos just by overeating in one meal? I find myself fatter in the night than I was when i woke up. How do I control this?

I feel like I eat too much and snack too much. I hear what other people eat and think that I am overeating. I try to stop, but it's hard. What can I do? I'm not overweight, but I could be gaining some weight. Also, what are som good, accurate, practical meals and exercise plans. Not too many funky exotice leafs or run 10 miles a day. Hey....I dont have horrible acne, but I get it....prolly cuz im still 18. Buuuuutt i was just wondering what other guys do for their skin. Is it true that people lose their tan during winter, even though the Earth is closer to the sun at that time?
