Hi you could have an allergy to something your using like shampoo or other hair products. I get this alot and its because it has been burnt by something. Try to rule out what could be the cause. Mine was clean and clear facial wash, even though its for spots. The best thing to do id get a facial scrub and gently scrub the area and use a moisturiser you can use , if your moisturieser isnt the thing that is bothering your skin. Also i found using a face mask can reduce the spots if you use it once a week. Try a mud mask, it doent matter what gender you are if you get clear skin. Try using an antibacterial soap or fragrance free soap, and a moisturieser for sensitive skin. also cleansing is good to. Dont keep touching them as it will make them worse.

Sleep on a clean pillow case every few days, you can put tea tree oil on it at night, use the mint julep mask twice a week. That really helps. Also make sure you exfoliate twice a week to get rid of dead skin cells. Make sure your cleanser has acne medicine and most importantly drink plenty of water. That will help the most. I used to have problem skin, but now it is smooth and clear. I also put baking soda mixed with water on my face and take a shower. it helps to exfoliate. That is what makes it baby soft. Good luck. What works for one person might not work for others. Using witch hazel as an astringent also helps some people. I know the baking soda will get your skin noticeably smooth right after you do it.

I do the baking soda thing right after work on MWF. I do the Mary Kay micro dermobrasion twice a week and Loreal Adult Acne Peel twice a week. My skin was breaking out like everyday, but now it is looking great and the spots are almost gone!

These are probably sun spots. Get 'Fade-Out' cream from any chemist, this will gently bleach out sun spots and is used also for scars. If you sunbathe, put a high factor on this area. Otherwise, get a treatment from a beautician which is called 'sand-blasting', this is an effective form of exfoliation. Good luck!

I bought Whitening Cream (night time formula) from a natural product store for my mom. The brown spots on my mom's checks disappeared after she finished the cream. I do not remember the brand, but it is quite common at health shops. It costed no more than $12. Cheap but great.

see a dermatologist.. they may suggest laser treatments to lighten the marks and remove them.

they may also look into the spots to see if they are potentials for any future problems like regrowths and cancer.
