I was warned not to pluck my eyebrows as apparently it can lead to infection, bacteria easily entering through your skin, and ingrown hairs. Is this true and has anyone ever experienced this

I have been doing it for 20 years, it does not hurt, does not lead to infection and I never put anything on after.

I wax my eyebrows once a month and in between I pluck. It has been years and I have never experienced that, ever. My mom plucks all the time and she has never had that happen.

hey i pluck it all the time aswell !
But wht I read in one of the magazines was the skin gets damaged when u pluck your eyebows, like the pores become widen and visible.
That made me scared and I started threading but what the hell i cant go evry week to a saloon so I m back to plucking again.
I just wash my face after I do it & dont touch it ...!

I do it all the time and I recently starting using wax... an no I have never experienced any infections or ingrows hair

umm nahh who told u that i dont think its true but shoo u neva knoe afta u pluk them put vaseline on yo eye brows...then they probaly wont b getin infected
