I would peirce your nose, (i've peirced both in my younger days, and now just have non-visible peircings ;)). The nose heals quickly and is pretty sassy. The lip is harder to keep clean, due to all the food and other things put in your mouth. Plus it's hard to keep lipstick and gloss on! :)
All though I noticed when I had my nose peirced I always looked like I was picking my nose, because I was constantly adjusting the peircing. LOL

I have my nose and labret pierced. If you get your lip done, make sure they check first for veins because the first time i had it done, they went through the vein and blood was gushing out. Withing 2 mins they had to call an ambulance. I had it done the other side months after in a better studio and i love my piercing. Id love to get my tongue done as that looks sooo sexy but im way to scared for that lol

The nose piercing would look more feminine than under the lip.

I have my nose done. I have a dainty diamond that lays flat on the skin. It's noticable but it also gives off a nice sparkle. It's very feminine...go for the nose!

well, i'm not really for piercing myself, but a small stud on the side of the nose seems to look good on a lot of people! I say go with that.

the nose. It looks much more cute...if you wear it small. The lip thing is kinda goth...so if you're goth then I'd go with the lip.

definatley the nostril...hurts much less and looks extra useful...whilst ppl get they are lips peirced evidently like a silver mole on their face opt for the nostril piercing I incredibly have a million and its very notably :)
