Well,i work outside,so i sweat a bit.I try to prevent my skin from breaking out or getting black heads. To keep it from getting too oily and keeping my skin clear and clean i use "Clearasil daily face wash".You can use it everyday it does not dry your skin out and controls the oil on your face. Also,if you do anything to bring a sweat to your face or anything whatsoever go and wash your face.Cold water,or ice closes your pores up so once you wash your face splash it with cold water or ice as it closes up your pores. Also,Steam your face,it opens up your pores and they release dirt that is trapped in there.Once you do that splash your face with cold water.Washes away the dirt and closes your pores up.Good luck.

Sleep on a clean pillow case every few days, you can put tea tree oil on it at night, use the mint julep mask twice a week. That really helps. Also make sure you exfoliate twice a week to get rid of dead skin cells. Make sure your cleanser has acne medicine and most importantly drink plenty of water. That will help the most. I used to have problem skin, but now it is smooth and clear. I also put baking soda mixed with water on my face and take a shower. it helps to exfoliate. That is what makes it baby soft. Good luck. What works for one person might not work for others. Using witch hazel as an astringent also helps some people. I know the baking soda will get your skin noticeably smooth right after you do it.

I do the baking soda thing right after work on MWF. I do the Mary Kay micro dermobrasion twice a week and Loreal Adult Acne Peel twice a week. My skin was breaking out like everyday, but now it is looking great and the spots are almost gone!

My sister had really bad problem skin for long time and was using the proactiv, but she wasn't really happy with it. Then I gave her a set of our Clear Advantage (it comes with a supplement to nourish your skin from the inside - not all acne comes from surface issues!) and she loves it, has been using it ever since! But it comes in nice silvery gray bottles, doesn't look too girly on the bathroom counter.

btw, the Clear Advantage is for problem skin, whereas the NutriMenC RE9 set is for anti-aging. Clear Advantage is also cheaper thatn the RE9.

Hi, I can recommend a product from a company called Arbonne. They have a complete line just for men. It is called NutriMenC and is part of their RE9 line. My husband uses the shaving lotion and the toner and loves it. It also has a cleanser and and SPF8 moisturizer. You can check it out in their online catalog at http://www.wonderful.myarbonne.com
