Skin & Body - August 2006

I have been shaving my arms since spring. And I regret it way to much, so I'm letting them grow in. I just started letting them grow in for about 4 days now. But they are still shorter than they should be and they are rough. How long will it take for them to be normal length? Will they always feel like stubble or will they eventually get normal again..?? Are "The Body Shop" or "Neutrogena - Skin Clearing Series" products worth it? What would one recommend for a mask or a facewash?

Im a brown skinned person, a malay skin as what u can see on my pics. I want to know what specific products is best for whitening my skin...I want to hav a smoth, even toned skin...I have an oily type of skin. During my pregnancy (6 years ago) my breast were distroyed with streatch marks. Everyone said to give them time and they would fade, but they are still really bad. Is there anything I can do to help now or is it too late? Even if I can not completely get rid of them, reducing them would help me feel better about my body!
