i have the same "problem"(although most will tell you u r lucky) and used to be very self conscious and shy because of them. i found that the best thing to do is not to flatten them, but to flatter them. i find that tube tops work well due to less cleavage. just use two strapless bras. halters work well for sexiness. victoria secret has amazing wifebeater shirts with strech so being bigger up top doesn't make you look bigger in the waist. if you are running around and want more support use a normal bra under a sports bra to avoid a uniboob. just figure out how to appreciate what you have been endowed with. there will always be jerks out there, but ignore them and remember millions of other women pay good money for what you have been blessed with.

I have the same problem, I know how much it sucks.... Wear shirts that aren't really high cut, more surface area for boobs to look bigger, but not low cut b/c then they grab ppls attention. Never patterns or strips. Solids are your best bet. V necks are good. Wear earrings that are thin and on the long side. Simple necklaces, again to much attention to the chest is bad. Don't do the sports bra thing b/c then you just get the Uni-boob (ewe). Go for not to tight shirts i know it sucks b/c then you get the tent. Button ups are evil things... you need cloths with stretch in them You get the idea. Good luck!!

With the type of brassiere you wear. They have great minimizer bras out there. I buy all of mine through VS Catalog or department stores like Macy's, as I find these have the highest quality. Also, be sure to get properly fitted for a bra if you never have before.

You can get bras that minimize your bust. They usually have names like The Minimizer. When Mary Martin played Peter Pan on Broadway, she strapped her breasts flat (so did Judy Garland in the Wizard of Oz).
Don't wear horizontal stripes. Here's a website with suggestions for busty ladies and how to dress to play that down.

Well, as one who is well endowed, I notice that I look bigger chested when I wear tight fitting shirts, and I don't look as big when I wear bigger shirts. Also, maybe wear clothing that takes the emphasis away from your breasts, for example, don't wear low cut neck lines. Possibly wear black, or patterned shirts? That might take the emphasis away from your chest as well. I hope this helps!

You can wear a bra with no cups. Plus, like the person above me, I find that vertical dark-colored striped shirts makes it look less noticable.

the total purpose of activities bras is to keep the breasts secure and protect. so as that way once you're exercising or something your breasts are not bouncing up and down as a lot as with an ordinary bra.
