By I zone I mean across my forehead, down my nose and across my chin.

I do not use foundations, powders or anything other the eye shadow & mascara. Whenever I look in the mirror or rub my hands over my face it appears to be soooo much oil there. What can I do??????

I was wondering, can you go to a dermatalogist even if your acne isn't that severe? I mean, i have blemishes that are really red and i've tried proactiv and clearasil and few others and they don't work. i've had it for 2 years now and i want it to clear up. the acne isn't horrible, but enough to make me uncomfortable, so should i see one or not?

Well,Im 5"7, 170 pounds and I'm a female. Ive been doing 30-60 minutes on my stationary bike everyday, and do about 200 cruches for about 2 and a half weeks already and eat 2 meals a day along with many bottles of water. I eat one piece of bread with peanut butter in it in the morning, and in the after-noon i usually eat a salad, or cereal. Im limiting my food,working out, and the weight doesn't seem to be coming off. Why is this??
