I think it's all about proportion, not the actual size. If you look at a woman's entire figure, the hips should match with the top half so that they are balanced. People perceive 'big hips' to be hips that are extend noticeably past the woman's shoulders and bust.
Generally, people see an hourglass shaped figure as balanced. If the hips are 'too big', you get a pear shape figure. HOWEVER, beauty comes in all shapes and sizes - ultimately, it doesn't matter how big a woman's hips are if she is happy, healthy, and confident! Just love yourself, and try not to worry about fitting into the 'barbie' mold.

inches don't matter as long as you are healthy and exercise regularly. Mine are so big I wouldn't want to measure them but I would get like 45-50 inches. I know I could knock over a home that was built in the last 20 yrs or so if I just hip bopped it enough times.

I'm 36 inches which is exact 90 cm or so that for people is perfect youknow 90 60 90 but I still find them big I don't like them to much I think nomatter how big they are they are a part of your body

i have big hips for the rest of my body and i have 38....but i guess its whether your hips are in proportion to your body.
