How old do you have to be to get laser hair removal in Texas? And also, are CHI straighteners really as good as people say? I'm thinking of getting one...Thanks!

CHI straightners are amazing! I had a conair before and it just did not compare. CHIs heat up very quickly, and straighten your hair too perfection. but always put in a little moisturizer or straightning cream before using any straightner because it can fry your hair....but whenever i use my CHI my hair is soooooo smoothe!

I don't know about the first question but hey, the second i can answer. CHI is seriously a good brand but it really is if you wanna use it in the first place if you've ever heard of Gold Pro or anything that's ceramic, is still pretty good. CHI's thee top brand. 119.99 for a small one at the salon i worked at but you can even find 'em for like $200. according to the stylists there they've used it and haven't gone back.

Laser hair removal is legal at any age with parental cosent.
But.. It is expensive and not covered by any insurance.
