I have shaved my arms before and the hair did grow back the same. Its possible other people are different in response to shaving and hair growth, but by shaving you are only removing hair from the top of your skin, not the folicle which contains the root.

I have shaved and waxed my arms. Shaving caused them to grow back thicker and waxing took longer to grow back but now they are thick again. If you are looking for a subject have them shave only a small area cause they will look like a chia pet after. Trust me.

i used to shave my arms for about 3 months then i stopped and it came back just the same as it always was before. i have light blonde hair so it might be different for someone with dark hair.

I would not risk shaving it. I used some Avon hair removal stuff.. that you rub on, leave it for a few minutes, and the hair comes off.. and it grew back the same. It was pretty good. But test it first

I dont think the hair grows back the exact same way as it was before shaving...its thicker... I prefer waxing, the growth is slower that way

I tried it once when I was 10. It grows back just the same. However, I only did it once. Hope that helps. You have a pretty weird article to work on.

I've done it and it DOES NOT come back the same. It comes back thicker and darker. It has taken years for the hair on my arms to be light and thin again.
