I wash my face 2 times a day, use stridex, and clearsil stuff @ night. My face still wont clear. I don't eat many chips or drink soda, what the heck do i need to do. i need to know what to eat to clear up my face. Please and thank you!

anyone been cheated at a dentist? i have been done so twice in the past 2 yrs and i feel upset knowing they can do that to patients. i had a checkup that included a scale and polish (to make you teeth look clean and white) but i never had it done which i later found out by talking to my mum. it was a 1.5 min check up for £15.50 and i feel upset how they can do this to me. the receptionist said i dint need it but how does she know the *****. it seems as though thhey're making money from us NHS paying patients. i complained and said i want a scale and polish and i wont pay for it as ive paid for it before. but they refused. my teeth are bad and bet anyone just looking at them can say they are. how do i complain and if i do, are they going to take it serious or is the manager corrupt too. if so who do i tell, my local MP or councillor? any ideas or suggestions? thanx

usual knickers???? cos surely otherwise the beauty therapist won't remove enough hair?? or do they move the knickers around as they work? what would you usually wear for this kind of appointment?? thankyou, panicking a little as my appointment is in 30 mins and I've never done anything like this before!!1

I am not a white skinned. So, I dont like tanning. I'm an Asian Indian and tanning makes my skin look darker. I'm much fair otherwise. It's just that due to excessive exposure to Sun my arms have got tanned that they look medium brown. Can anyone suggest me how to get rid of the tan ??

I would appreciate if the people living in India reply to me because they are more acquainted with the kind of climate we have in here, especially New Delhi.

I am 24, female. I joined the Gym and lost 4kg so far. I have 4 brothers so im a tom boy. Any tips for getting in touch with my feminine side?
I do moisterise, i have make up which i need to wear more often, i get my hair done, layered with foils. I'm changing my wardrobe aswell.... any tips? I'm tired of being a dorky tom boy, i want guys to notice me!!!!
