I use the Clear Skin Regimen at http://www.acne.org. It's a non-profit (so it's free), the guy who created used to suffer from pimples himself. The system works wonders on my face, and its helped countless other people. The best part is that you don't have to order or buy any expensive treatments, everything you need for the Regimen can be found at your local drugstore. Find out more at the website.

In general, for clear skin it helps if you: don't touch/pick at your skin, drink lots of water, wash your hair frequently, change your pillowcases, exercise, wear little make-up (or if needed, hypo-allergenic makeup), and minimize stress.

Your skin tells how well you take care - or don't take care - of your body.

Start with improving your diet. Stop eating anything fried including French fries, no chocolate, no sweets. Drink 8 large glasses of water or tea or natural fruit juice every day (NOT soda, coffee, or powdered sugary drinks). Get 8 hours sleep.

If no improvement after a month, ask doctor for Retin-A. It's great but expensive.

If you're a teenager, it's just a passing phase you will grow out of. I hope this has been helpful. Good luck!

If you have bangs that may be the problem...the oil from your hair may be penetrating your skin and in turn causes the blemishes. If that's not the cause, you may have combination skin....mild cleanser (Clearasil or Clean and Clear). If all else fails go visit a dermatologist.

wash your face daily with a mild cleanser. Moisturize once a day too. Hair in your face contributes to clogged pores so if you have bangs trim them or grow them out and keep them away from your forehead
