For certain, but they'll have to be wearing the shoes that look good from the back, too. Manolos? Louboutins? So may shoes, so little money...

Of course! If you have eyes in front, you'll walk forward. SO, if your eyes were at the back, you'll walk backwards. How in heavens can you walk in the opposite direction as your eyes.
Whichever way, you'll still be walking forward
Rule of thumb :
Walk in the same direction which you can see.

It depends. Do they also have eyes in the front? If so, they shouldn't, because their legs and feet would be uncomfortable. If not, they could until they get some periscope-type glasses. What if they have to run from something and they have to walk backwards? They're in trouble.

Yes, at least they'll be seeing where they are walking and won't walk into something or someone (like me - cause I'll scream if I ever see something like that!)

ofcourse I dont' need eyes at my backside but if i have eyes at the back then suerly, i will donate them to blind persons who really need them !
